> villatab is a booking and operations app for villas, homestays and small resorts in India. It keeps bookings, an availability calendar with holds, guests, advance and balance payments, agency commission, WhatsApp-ready confirmations, staff tasks and daily backups in one place.

## Facts
- What it is: web app that works on a phone, tablet or computer. Nothing to install.
- Who it is for: owners, managers and caretakers of villas, homestays and small resorts in India (starting with Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka).
- Price: INR 1,000 a month or INR 10,000 a year (12 months for the price of 10). 14-day free trial, no card needed.
- Payment: UPI or bank transfer, recorded on the account. No card autopay. 5 grace days after a plan ends, then the account locks.
- Languages: English, Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi and Kannada (main screens).
- Data: each business's data is kept apart from every other business. Daily backup to the owner's own Google Drive, once connected.
- Not built yet: online payments, automatic WhatsApp sending, GST details on invoices, Airbnb or Booking.com calendar sync.
