- Sign up. Send us your business name, owner name, phone and city.
- Start your 14-day trial. We set up your account. No card needed.
- Set your password. We send you a single-use link, usually on WhatsApp. Open it and choose a password.
- Add your property. Add rooms or villas, amenities and your rates.
- Take your first booking. Pick the dates, see the price, add the advance.
Languages
Use it in your own language
Pick English, മലയാളം, தமிழ், हिन्दी or ಕನ್ನಡ for each device. The menus, dashboard, calendar, bookings list, Today, tasks, issues and expenses switch over.
A few detailed screens, such as the new-booking form and the guest list, are still in English. Your WhatsApp confirmations use your own wording in any language.

What is villatab?
villatab is a booking and operations app for villas, homestays and small resorts in India. It keeps your bookings, calendar, guests, payments, agency commission, staff tasks and printable documents in one place.
Who is villatab for?
Owners and managers of villas, homestays and small resorts, and the caretakers who run them day to day. It is made for small teams, not for big hotel chains.
Does villatab work on a phone?
Yes. It runs in your phone's browser, and on a phone the menu becomes a tab bar at the bottom, like an app. You do not need to install anything.
Which languages does it support?
The main screens are in English, Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi and Kannada. You pick the language on each device. A few detailed screens, such as the new-booking form, are still in English only.
Will it stop double bookings?
Inside villatab, yes. A booking holds its dates on the calendar, and the database refuses two bookings for the same unit on the same night. villatab cannot see bookings made on other sites, such as Airbnb, Booking.com or an agency's own page, so block those dates in villatab too.
Can my caretaker use it too?
Yes. You add each person as an owner, manager or caretaker, and choose which properties they can open. Caretakers get a simple set of screens: Today, Calendar, Tasks and Issues.
Is my data separate from other villa owners?
Yes. villatab serves many businesses on one system, but each one's data is kept apart by the database itself, so one business cannot see another's bookings or guests.
Is my data backed up?
Yes. Connect your Google Drive in Settings, and villatab saves a copy of your business data there once a day. You choose the hour and how many copies to keep.
Does villatab send WhatsApp messages by itself?
No. It builds the confirmation message and a card image for you, and opens WhatsApp with the text filled in. You attach the image and press send.
Can villatab make GST invoices?
Not yet. It can make invoices and receipts, but they do not carry GST details today.
