Terms of service
Last updated 6 November 2026. These are the simple rules for using villatab.
The service
villatab is a booking and operations app for villas, homestays and small resorts. You use it through a web browser. By using it you agree to these terms.
Free trial
New accounts get a 14-day free trial with every feature. No card is needed.
Price and payment
- Monthly plan: ₹1,000 for one month.
- Yearly plan: ₹10,000 for 12 months (2 months free).
- You pay by UPI or bank transfer. We record your payment on your account. Card autopay is not available.
- We may change prices in future. Your current paid period is not affected, and we will tell you before a change reaches you.
When your plan ends
After your trial or paid period ends you have 5 grace days. After that your account locks and nobody in your business can sign in until you pay. We keep your data while an account is locked.
Your data
The bookings, guest details and files you enter belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them to run the service. See the privacy policy. You can ask us to delete your account and data.
What we expect from you
- Keep your password private and tell your staff to do the same.
- Collect and use guest information lawfully and only as needed.
- Do not use villatab to break the law or to harm others.
- Do not try to reach another business's data.
What we do not promise
We work to keep villatab available and correct, but we cannot promise it will never have errors or downtime. Check important bookings and amounts. Features are listed on the features page, including what is not built yet. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Ending the service
You can stop using villatab at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. If we do, we will tell you why.
